2007 UPDATE: Dr. Veselin Shumantov is currently involved in New York University DDS program.

In 2006-2007 Dr Shumantov has collaborated in surgeries at New York University, Department of Implant Dentistry and Columbia University, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (New York Presbyterian hospital).

In 2005-2006 he completed cosmetic and implant dentistry training program in New York City at the Dorfman Institute of Dentistry. 

In 2005 Dr Shumantov underwent cosmetic dentistry training with the New York celebrity dentists Steven and Debra Glassman.

Veselin makes periodic monthly trips to his office in Sofia to treat patients.
